Enrique Mancia                                                         

Enrique Mancía is a professional bass player and sound engineer based in Brooklyn, NY. A Honors graduate from The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, he has performed all over the country in festivals such as Lollapalooza and SXSW, and have recorded with award-winning producers such as Jay Baumgardner in LA and John Bender in NYC. Aside from his successful playing, Enrique has become an on-demand audio engineer and currently works at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music and Mannes School of Music doing sound for ensemble performances and recordings, graduation recitals, master classes, and other events. He is also a live sound engineers at The Journey Church in Queens, NY. Other notable appearances behind the mixing board include the 2016 Winter Jazz Fest.

Hawthplay Records and Enrique has teamed up since late July 2015, since then have worked on numerous projects
